I've been using this mat for a few weeks now, and the 4mm thickness strikes a perfect balance between cushion and stability during standing poses. The natural rubber base stays put even on smooth studio floors, which was a pleasant surprise.

Four millimeters of cushioning sounds thin but it’s actually perfect—my knees don’t ache anymore during long floor sequences, and the grip holds even when my palms start sweating mid-flow. The 71-inch length gives me plenty of room for stretching out, too.

The natural rubber bottom keeps it perfectly in place on hardwood floors, and the PU surface gives me just the right amount of grip even when I'm sweating through a hot flow. At 4mm thick, it's cushioned enough for my knees but still stable for balancing poses.
