ヨガブロック

I was surprised how much easier crow pose got once I had these under my hands—the 4-inch height gives just the right lift. They’re firm enough to hold my full weight without any wobble, yet light enough to carry to class.

These blocks feel dense and stable, so I don't worry about them sliding or tipping during a tough pose. The lightweight foam makes it easy to carry them to class without straining my arms.

The 9×6×4 inch size is perfect for my shorter arms—I can actually keep my shoulders stacked in triangle pose without overreaching. It's light enough to toss in my gym bag, but it stays put under my hands during warrior variations.
